Shipping Policy

All orders ship via FedEx and arrive in 2-4 business days. We can ship to your home or business address, but not to a PO Box.

Shipping is free for orders of $29 or more. 

There is a flat $5 fee if your order is less than $29.00.

We only ship within the US.

302 Skincare Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your 302 products! Should you ever need assistance with the products or their proper use, please email us.

• Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery to customer. 
• Shipping on any return is at consumer cost.
• Products must be returned sealed, unopened, and in re-sellable condition in order to receive a refund.

Opened or partially used product cannot be returned. 

The Intro Kits and sample sized actives cannot be returned.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to begin a return.

Please note that these are natural products. Many require that you shake before use, as natural ingredients may separate. This is not a quality issue.

If you receive damaged items, such as a leaking tube or broken bottle of serum, we will gladly replace the item for you. Please take a photo of the damage and the package, and email it to us so we can file this with the fulfillment center.

Printable products are in PDF form for easy download.  There are no “hard” or printed books available.  

There are no refunds on these purchases.
